how can i hang a bathroom light fixture??.....?

my anchors keep pulling through my drywall and now there is no where to

Can you drill a new hole in the plate at a different spot? Use  
the boy
toggle bolts or try to hit the stud and use wood screws.

follow the instructions, you need to find something hard like a  
French Muffins
stud to secure it to.drywall is not strong enough.
